Dr. Kimberly Watson

President, Board of Directors

Dr. Kimberly Watson, PharmD, is a pharmacist by training and currently serves as Senior Manager, Medical Affairs at Pfizer. Kimberly earned her PharmD from Howard University and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry & Business from the University of New Orleans. 

She is the President of American Biotechnology Association, Inc and a coach for Pharmacy Initiative Leadership Service (PILs). Her interests include pipeline career preparation activities, innovative science, and improving the lives of patients. 


Catrise Cannady

Secretary and Treasurer,
Board of Directors

Catrise Cannady currently serves as an IT Specialist for the Federal Government under Intelligence. Catrise earned a Masters of Science specializing in Cybersecurity at the University of Maryland and a Bachelors degree in Communications at Clark Atlanta University.  

She is a current member of the Upsilon Pi Epsilon International Honor Society for the Computing and Information Disciplines Maryland Chapter. Her interests include providing effective and efficient solutions of internet security, data privacy, and regulatory enquirers. She is committed to exposing learners to the possibilities of a career in information technology. 

 

Ronelle Thomas

Director of Media and Treasurer, Board of Directors

Actress and Multimedia Producer Ronelle Thomas had an early start in the entertainment industry with her first production roles being at The People’s Court and Fox News. Some of her notable work and partnerships include brands such as Nike, Healthline, Showtime, and Texas Instruments. Ronelle is a member of American Filmmaker Ava DuVernay’s Diversity Crew List, Array Crew. 

Her recent acting credits include a reoccurring role on the Emmy Nominated show Pillow Talk, a supporting role in the film Death of an Umbrella Salesman. In the last few years, Ronelle has worked to create projects that are relatable and make a drastic impact on improving mental and physical health.

 

Michelle Stearn

Partnerships Liaison, Advisory Board

Michelle Stearn has worked for over a decade in education as a facilitator, curriculum developer, and program designer. She holds a B.S. from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

Michelle’s passion for youth access to technological innovation led her to pursue a Fulbright Interdisciplinary Research Fellowship in Chile, where she designed and implemented pilot programs for high school students. She currently works at the intersection of agriculture and sustainable system design.
